Displayer Terms & References of Participation
- The Show organizers will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred to the displayer’s person or property during all hours of the Show, from setup to breakdown inclusive.
- Every exhibitor must provide the Show organizers with a certificate of proof of liability insurance coverage or sign the release of liability which will be available when you pick up your Show badges upon setup. In these days and times we know you will appreciate how very critical it is to protect other exhibitors, the public, the Show organizers and of course yourself.
- Every displayer must abide by all fire regulations as set out by the City of Ottawa. Displayers must also exhibit a valid provincial vendor’s permit when selling goods.
- vendors receive an 8x5 space under the big tents. Tables and chairs are an extra fee as per the vendor application.
- No displayer may sublet or loan display space to any other person or company without the explicit consent of the Show Coordinators.
- Complete payment must be received by August 30, 2009 (post-dated cheques would be greatly appreciated). If for any reason the displayer deems it necessary to cancel their participation, notice must be given in writing to the Show organizers by registered mail 30 days prior to the commencement of the Show. It is agreed that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in the displayer receiving a refund equal to 75% of any previously submitted fees. There will be no refund within 29 days prior to the commencement of the Show.
- If for any reason deemed to be Act of God or otherwise the Show is cancelled, terminated or postponed prior to or during the date set out in the application….the displayer will not hold the Show organizers responsible in any matter for any claims which might arise in consequence thereof.
- There will be a $25 charge for any NSF cheques.
- If you fax in your application form full payment must be received by mail within 5 business days to reserve your booth.
It is agreed that all vendors will park offsite during the duration of the Show to leave room for customer parking

Show Times
The Show hours are Satruday, September 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sign In/Passes
You can set up as early as 6 a.m.
Upon arriving please look for personnel in the Health and Wellness Ottawa Tshirts who will help you with booth location and ask you to sign an insurance waiver. You will not have to sign the waiver if you provide a copy of your insurance. Any unpaid fees will be collected at this time and receipts issued.
